Christmas Eve Arrive at the Bay Tree Hotel and enjoy an afternoon tea, with toasted hot teacakes. The evening starts with a Champagne reception followed by a candlelit three-course dinner. Christmas Day Take a leisurely breakfast and find out whether Father Christmas has delivered his presents. A traditional five-course Christmas lunch will be served in the restaurant. Afterwards relax in the time-honoured tradition of the Queen’s Speech followed by tea and homemade Christmas cake. In the evening there is a hot and cold buffet served in the conservatory. Boxing Day Enjoy a hearty breakfast and then spend the day at your leisure. For those wishing to return to the hotel, lunch is served in the restaurant. A black tie dinner and dance will take place in the rosette awarded Bay Tree Restaurant. 27th December After a full English breakfast we wish you farewell.
A 25% non-refundable deposit is taken upon confirmation with the remaining balance due by the 1st November 2010. Full payment will be required on any bookings made thereafter. If you cancel from 1st November 2010 onwards, full cancellation charges apply. Arrive at your leisure to enjoy a complimentary glass of wine before partaking of a splendid three-course Sunday lunch in the Bay Tree Restaurant (please advise your preferred time on booking). Relax in the lounges or garden with a choice of Sunday newspaper (one per room), please state your preference on booking, laze with a book or magazine, or take a stroll around the picturesque Cotswold villages. This one-night stay is from £52.00 per person based on two people sharing a standard double/twin room on the Sunday evening, includes Sunday lunch and a full English breakfast on the Monday morning.

Celebrate New Year's Eve 2010-11 (more info...)
30th December: Arrive at your leisure and enjoy a drink in front of an open fire in the lounge. Later a table d’hôte dinner will be served in the Bay Tree Restaurant. New Years Eve: Take time for a leisurely breakfast in the restaurant between 8am and 10am. Explore Burford and the picturesque countryside or shop in the regency town of Cheltenham. Afternoon tea will be served in the library, bar and Hawthorne lounge between 4pm and 5pm. At 7pm join us for a reception of canapés and Kir Royale in the Woolsack Bar before a five-course candlelit dinner served in our award-winning Bay Tree Restaurant, followed by coffee and mints. Later, see out the old year and welcome in the new with an evening of live music and dancing until 1am. Dress for the evening’s celebrations is black tie. New Years Day: Enjoy a leisurely breakfast before saying farewell and departing on your journey. Bookings are also available if you wish to arrive on December 31st and depart on Janaury 2nd. Please choose your preferred day of arrival when making your booking.
Prices are per room per two night stay based on two people sharing a double/twin room and include entertainment, specified dinners, full English breakfast and vat at the current rate. When making your booking we will require 25% of the balance as a non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance of the payment is due by 1st November 2010. Full payment will be required on any bookings made thereafter. Non-refundable unless we are able to re-let the room.
